Consultant × Interim: MY ROLE

A good consultant does what a good interim does—delivers change.I set labels aside. I manage and carry capacity as an interim, I design and oversee as a consultant, I teach as a trainer and I strengthen leaders as a coach/mentor. The method adapts to the project, not the other way around.
